With an international background across critical care, integrative health, and health analytics, Susana Rodrigues works at the intersection of clinical insight and business performance.


After working closely with hundreds of women and building a community of over 14,000 people, one pattern became clear: the same health challenges affecting women individually are quietly shaping performance, retention, and outcomes inside companies.

Hormonal imbalances, autoimmune diseases, or chronic fatigue don’t stay at home, they show up at work, in energy, focus, consistency, and decision-making.
